IHM Welcomes American Forward Alex Corvi

by Chris White

International Hockey Management is proud to welcome American forward, Alex Corvi, to the IHM Team! The 5'10, 178-pound left shot winger comes to IHM from the Albatros de Brest in France Division I. Corvi is originally from Barrington, Rhode Island and was born October 5, 1994. Prior to starting his professional career, Corvi played for Nazareth College in NCAA Division III

Corvi played for Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, prior to playing two years of junior hockey in the Eastern Hockey League, for the Walpole Express. This led him to Nazareth College, in Rochester, New York, where he was a four-year letter-winner for the Golden Flyers. In his Senior year, Corvi finished with 15 Points, and was 3rd on the team in Points-Per-Game.

Corvi then joined one of his former teammates in France Division I, signing with the Brest Albatros. The Northwestern France city of Brest is a well-known maritime and naval location. In his rookie pro season, Corvi accumulated 5 Goals and 4 Assists, and featured in 3 Playoff Games. The 26 year-old is now looking to return to Europe, after a year off due to COVID-19.

International Hockey Management President, Chris White, commented,

Alex is a skilled winger that has good offensive sense, combined with a strong work ethic and selflessness in the defensive zone. His speed and creativity suit the European game well. We are honored to help Alex in his search for a club, and we will explore options on both sides of the Atlantic.

WELCOME TO THE IHM TEAM, ALEX!
