International Hockey Management President, Chris White, commented,

“We are extremely honored to add Ignat to our client list, as he looks to take his game to Western Europe. He is a big, playmaking center with a lot of high-level experience. He is well-cultured and eager to explore new options in his career. We are excited about taking him to market, and following his new journey throughout the season. We would also like to thank former NHLer, Nikita Filatov, for his referral and continued efforts to assist IHM and Ignat in our discussions.”
