IHM Welcomes Swedish Defenseman Kevin Roswall

by Chris White

International Hockey Management is proud to welcome Swedish defenseman, Kevin Roswall, to the IHM Team! The 5'11, 176-pound left shot hails from Landskrona, Sweden. Roswall, like many, had the misfortune of not playing a full season in 2020-2021, due to COVID-19. Visa restrictions prevented the January 1, 2001-born rearguard from traveling to the United States, while his local Swedish club was forced to cease operations for the year. Roswall will be looking to play his final junior season in the USA, this Fall.

Roswall played 13 Games in the Tier-II Junior A Western States Hockey League in 2019-2020, recording 5 Points. His progress was visible, as he improved game-to-game, making the necessary adjustments to become a productive member of his team. The Olofströms IK product has also played for IK Pantern and Rögle BK in recent years. The steady defensive-minded twenty year-old should garner plenty of interest this off-season.

International Hockey Management President, Chris White, commented,

Kevin has been a loyal IHM client whose family went to extreme lengths to try to get him to the US, this year. Unfortunately, it did not come to fruition. We were very pleased by his play in the previous season, where he received solid reviews from his North American junior staffs. For the upcoming year, we will be looking for the right home for Kevin to continue his growth, and put him in a good position to have options at the collegiate level for the following season.
